Enter in the land of the unforseen 'tis time to begin The orb of the day, shines upon your face The all bountiful fire Lifts you towards the heavens, higher and higher Locked in time and space The waters and their tide The ebb and flow Submerge yourself ever so slow On Isis they rely Call upon Jupiter You reason and you think Your mind races to the brink Time falls deathly still You fall in an eternal sleep Darkness becomes your keep Sailing through the abyss Desolate plains covered in mist Dreams dance before your empty gaze The keeper of Time, slowly preys Rambling forth through the sky, Your spirit is mystified Fading voices break the silence Specter whispers the sweet sound To the Ancient Ones you are bound Wolfcry 1996 Return to Poetry |
